We accept no responsibility for deposits sent to incorrect addresses — confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Crypto-specific remittance rules: Where a supported token is delisted, we will provide reasonable advance notice and opportunity to withdraw before the token is removed. In the event of a chain fork, the original chain's token balance will be recognised unless otherwise specified. We will not process withdrawals to sanctioned, non-compliant, or blocked wallet addresses. For wallet-screening and coin-mixing requirements, see our Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Coin Mixing Policy.
Fiat deposits are processed by third-party licensed payment service providers. Processing times and fees are set by the relevant provider and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. You may withdraw your funds to any wallet address, as long as that wallet supports the coin you are withdrawing. We will not process withdrawals to sanctioned, non-compliant, or blocked wallet addresses.
